Members are formed through regular spiritual gatherings, retreats, and study of Scripture and the Church's tradition. Each is encouraged toward daily prayer, frequent reception of the sacraments, and devotion to the Passion of Our Lord.
The Grand Prior and chaplains accompany the Lieutenancy throughout the liturgical year.
Members are called, at least once, to walk the holy places of Christ's life, death, and resurrection — to pray at the Sepulchre they are sworn to defend, and to encounter the living Church of the Holy Land.
